Terms of Use and Data Disclaimer
Use at your own risk. The forecasts, model output, observations and plots on this site are for general information and research. They are not intended to support operational decisions. Much of the data comes from outside providers (NOAA, CW3E at UC San Diego, the University of Utah, the University of Washington, NRCS, NWAC and others), and some of it is our own analysis. Everything is provided “as is.”
In no event shall Cascade Mountain Weather or the data providers be liable for any damages, including, without limitation, damages resulting from lost data or revenue, the costs of recovering or substituting data, claims by third parties, or any special, incidental or consequential damages, arising out of the use of the data. The accuracy and reliability of the data are not guaranteed or warranted in any way, and we and the providers disclaim liability of any kind, including liability for quality, performance, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, arising out of the use of, or inability to use, the data.
Mountain weather and snow conditions change quickly and can be dangerous. Check the NWAC avalanche forecast and make your own decisions.
